The latest crop of restaurants opening in the area showcases a vibrant food scene that ranges from wood-fired Italian cuisine to inventive global flavors, perfectly accompanied by local craft cocktails and curated wine lists. For visitors and locals alike, North Scottsdale’s culinary hotspots offer a feast for the senses and a chance to explore rich, diverse menus crafted by acclaimed chefs.

SHIV SUPPER CLUB

Meet Arizona’s latest luxury supper club—and our newest obsession. “Shiv was designed to be unforgettable,” Riot Hospitality CEO Ryan Hibbert explains. “From the theatrics of the service to the music, lighting and atmosphere, every moment is curated to surprise and excite.” Guests can expect an upscale, refined menu from RHG culinary director Dustin Cooke and chef Jeff Mahin, featuring delicacies such as white truffle carpaccio, charcoal-fired wagyu chops, and decadent lobster and caviar offerings. Friday and Saturday nights see The Dessert Room by Shiv, an immersive after-dinner experience that’s sweet as ever. It’s not Shiv without a show: Premier house band NightCap pumps out remixed house and pop music, and the space frequently hosts live entertainment. Hibbert continues, “It’s not just dinner… It’s a night you’ll talk about long after it ends.

THREE BEANS CAFE

Scottsdale’s latest watering hole is a coffee-lover’s paradise. This eclectic espresso bar serves up caffeinated cocktails, from the Thin Mint espresso martini (Tullamore D.E.W Irish whiskey, creme de cacao, creme de menthe, white chocolate liqueur) to the carajillo (fresh espresso, reposado, Licor 43), plus nonalcoholic beverages for daytime like the honey lemon latte. The 40-seat space is small but mighty, dripping with retro touches—think old TVs with classic movies on loop—and an “old money” vibe, thanks to owners Eric Ferrone and Ed Oakes. “People love coffee and cocktails, so offering different ways to enjoy them was our vision,” the duo notes. “We wanted our space to feel unique and special for guests.” Keep an eye out for an upcoming expansion to the space next door, featuring additional seating and grab-and-go offerings.

WOLF BY VANDERPUMP

Calling all Bravo fans! TV powerhouse and serial restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump is set to open her second Wolf by Vanderpump on the rooftop of Caesars Republic Scottsdale this winter. “Wolf is unique, bold, filled with epic visual statements, and it will be the perfect addition to the stunning Caesars Republic Scottsdale hotel,” Vanderpump enthuses. “This location will feel different from the Tahoe location, drawing inspiration from the desert and surrounding areas, which will be infused into the design, the food, and the cocktails.” The 6,500-square-foot space, designed in partnership with celebrated tastemaker Nick Alain, is moody and dramatic, peppered with bespoke furnishings and framed by sweeping Camelback Mountain views. Vanderpump concludes, “We are excited to add this newest venture to our portfolio, and can’t wait to spend a lot of time in the beautiful city of Scottsdale.

THE HENRY

“From early morning coffee runs to late-night cocktails, The Henry has always been about offering a space that feels like home, no matter the hour,” Fox Restaurant Concepts founder Sam Fox says. “We’re excited to bring that same energy to North Scottsdale with a brand-new space that captures the spirit of what makes The Henry special.” Coming summer 2026, the 7,000-square-foot restaurant will encapsulate the brand’s Gatsby-era charm with leather banquettes, wooden and marble tables, and a classic open kitchen pumping out delicacies like short rib potstickers and roasted chicken frites. The new location will also feature a spacious patio and central courtyard, a walk-up coffee bar, and an exclusive private dining room.
